Bas is productiecoördinator bij TheaterMakers Radio Kootwijk en De Theaterloods. Hij is de spil in de organisatie als het gaat om de coördinatie, planning en uitvoering van producties. Bas zorgt ervoor dat iedere voorstelling van begin tot eind soepel verloopt.
